Join me on Saturday, 24th October for a gentle, slow walk through the forest, taking time to witness and welcome the beautiful colours of the Fall season.
As nature begins to prepare for rest, the trees let go of what they no longer need. Leaves soften, change colour and fall, making space for the quiet season ahead.
Autumn truly embodies the energy of letting go.
During our forest bathing walk, we’ll slow down, become present to the changing landscape, and explore our own practices of letting go — gently releasing, softening and making space for what is to come.
A time to pause.
To breathe.
To reconnect with nature.
And to remember that letting go is also part of the natural rhythm of life.
As always, the session will include time for quiet reflection, moments of shared poetry, and a tea ceremony.
