Nature-based Workshops
Time spent in nature has an important protective role to play in health and well-being at all ages.
The idea that contemplating nature is good for your health has a long history in cultures. Through and with nature, we’ll come to a place of peace, stillness, and deep connection.
“Tune into Nature.
Only then you'll know where you come from”
Forest Bathing
A typical forest bathing session lasts between two and three hours, although this will vary depending on the season and the weather. You won’t be walking very far and you’ll probably spend some time sitting or lying quietly. The pace is very gentle, I encourage you to really slow down, take time for yourself, and focus on your body rather than your head. Forest bathing can be practiced any time of the year and is suitable for any fitness level.
For me, Forest Bathing is more than a mindful walk in nature. It is an invitation to slow down and reconnect, not only with the natural world around you, but also with yourself.
Our gatherings take place once a month, and every month, I offer a gentle theme to explore and deepen that connection. Themes such as compassion, gratitude, and peace help guide the experience in a meaningful and reflective way.
Sessions also include time for quiet reflection, shared poetry, and a tea ceremony, creating space to pause, restore, and simply be.
I also facilitate private sessions and ceremonies for those who wish for a more intimate and personal experience.
So I’m really looking forward to connecting with you in the Forest!
