My story

As a holistic practitioner, I was guided to create products with the intention of supporting your mind, body and emotional wellbeing.

From a yearning to create something meaningful and supportive, Gaia Essence was born.

I don’t have a plan for where this journey will take me, and perhaps that is part of the beauty of it. I’m allowing Gaia Essence to unfold naturally, following inspiration, curiosity and whatever feels aligned along the way.

Each Gaia Essence product is created with care and intention, inspired by the natural world and the gifts that surround us. I only bring together a little of the love and generosity of Mother Earth, who continually provides for us with abundance.

You can find Gaia Essence products at selected local markets, where I love meeting you in person and sharing the products with you.

I also offer local delivery in the D07 area.
