Forest Bathing: an invitation to practice Gratitude and Peace in every steps

As you know, the practice of forest bathing is more than a walk in nature. Each month, I like to offer a space for gentle reflection, bringing a theme to walk alongside us.
This month, I felt called to bring two gentle themes into our gathering in the Forest: Gratitude and Peace.
Both arise from the heart. They are not things we need to strive for or achieve, but qualities we can quietly reconnect with when we slow down and listen more deeply.
So this is an invitation to slow down, to walk gently, to notice, and to allow these qualities to unfold in their own time, in their own way.
As you breathe, and as you notice, allow the forest to hold you in its quiet presence.
As always, the session will include time for quiet reflection, moments of shared poetry, and a tea ceremony.
